August 2026 IPO Calendar — ₹20,000+ Crore Worth of IPOs Are Coming. Here Is Every Single One.

Equity News Hub Team, July 28, 2026

After one of India’s busiest IPO months in recent memory — July 2026 saw Manipal Health, Milky Mist, Caliber Mining, Lohia Corp, Xtranet Technologies, and others readying or running mainboard offerings — August 2026 is set to be even bigger.

With confirmed IPOs already totalling over ₹20,000 crore and India’s most anticipated startup listings — OYO, PhonePe, and potentially Reliance Jio — all targeting August–October windows, the coming weeks could be the most significant period for India’s primary market in 2026.

This is the only August 2026 IPO calendar you need. Bookmark it and check back daily — we update GMP, subscription data, and new announcements as they happen.

Section 1: IPOs Listing in First Week of August

1. Manipal Health Enterprises IPO ⭐ BIGGEST OF THE MONTH

The company behind Manipal Hospitals goes public

Manipal Health Enterprises IPO is a 100% book-built issue worth up to ₹9,274 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹7,998 crore and an offer for sale of 2.16 crore equity shares worth up to ₹1,275 crore, with a face value of ₹2 per share. The IPO will be open from July 29 to 31, 2026, on the BSE and the NSE platforms, with a tentative listing date fixed as August 5, 2026.

Detail Information
Company Manipal Health Enterprises Limited
Business Hospital chain — Manipal Hospitals brand
Open Date July 29, 2026 (OPEN NOW)
Close Date July 31, 2026
Price Band ₹560 – ₹590 per share
Issue Size ₹9,274.65 crore
Fresh Issue ₹7,998 crore
OFS ₹1,275 crore
Face Value ₹2 per share
Lot Size 25 shares
Min Investment (Retail) ₹14,750
GMP (July 27) ₹14 (~2.4%)
Allotment Date August 3, 2026
Demat Credit August 4, 2026
Listing Date August 5, 2026
Registrar KFin Technologies Ltd.
Lead Managers Kotak Mahindra Capital, Axis Capital, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan, UBS Securities

Why it matters: The headline offering belongs to Manipal Health Enterprises, the company behind Manipal Hospitals, which received SEBI’s go-ahead on July 3, 2026. Manipal is one of India’s largest private hospital chains with a presence in Karnataka, Goa, Manipal, and multiple other cities. The chain is known for super-speciality care in cardiology, oncology, neurology, and transplants.

At ₹9,274 crore, this is the largest confirmed IPO of August 2026 and one of the biggest healthcare IPOs in India’s history. The ₹7,998 crore fresh issue will be used primarily for debt repayment — improving the hospital chain’s balance sheet significantly post-listing.

GMP signal: The Manipal Health Enterprises IPO GMP is currently at ₹14 per share (a 2% premium over the ₹590 upper price band). During the recorded period, the GMP ranged from ₹14 to ₹45, suggesting cautious but positive market sentiment.

The GMP falling from ₹45 to ₹14 suggests market caution — possibly due to the large issue size diluting demand. Watch QIB subscription closely on Day 1 and 2.

2. Juniper Green Energy IPO 🌿

India’s top-10 renewable energy IPP goes public

Juniper Green Energy IPO opens for subscription on July 30, 2026 and closes on August 3, 2026. The price band of the issue is set at ₹214 to ₹225 per share and the lot size for an application is 66 shares. Juniper Green Energy IPO will list on NSE and BSE with a tentative listing date fixed as August 6, 2026.

Detail Information
Company Juniper Green Energy Limited
Business Renewable energy IPP — Solar, Wind, Hybrid, FDRE
Open Date July 30, 2026
Close Date August 3, 2026
Price Band ₹215 – ₹225 per share
Issue Size ₹1,800 crore
Face Value ₹10 per share
Lot Size 66 shares
Min Investment (Retail) ₹14,850
GMP (July 28) ₹10 (~4.4%)
Allotment Date August 4, 2026
Demat Credit August 5, 2026
Listing Date August 6, 2026
Registrar KFin Technologies Ltd.
Lead Manager ICICI Securities Ltd.

Why it matters: As of June 30, 2026, Juniper Green Energy had a diversified renewable energy portfolio of 7,910.2 MW across 50 projects, including 20 operational, 19 under-construction, and 11 awarded projects. Its portfolio spans solar, wind, wind-solar hybrid (WSH), and firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) projects, supported by 4,563.9 MWh of planned battery energy storage systems (BESS). The company has emerged as the second-largest bidder in WSH and FDRE tenders between FY22 and FY26.

Juniper is among India’s top-10 renewable energy IPPs by total installed and development capacity — positioning it perfectly for India’s 500 GW renewable target by 2030. Long-term PPAs covering 97.7% of its portfolio give the company stable cash flows and high earnings visibility.

GMP signal: ₹10 (~4.4%) — modest positive signal. The green energy sector is attracting long-term institutional capital rather than speculative retail interest.

Section 2: IPOs Expected in August 2026 (Dates TBA)

3. OYO IPO (Oravel Stays Limited) 🏨

India’s hospitality tech giant — third time’s the charm?

OYO IPO is a book-built issue of ₹6,650 crore. This upcoming IPO is an entirely fresh issue of ₹6,650 crore with no offer for sale component, as per the UDRHP filed with SEBI on June 29, 2026. OYO IPO’s open date and close date are expected to be in the first week of August 2026. OYO IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised in the second week of August 2026. The listing will be on the BSE and NSE platforms in the second week of August 2026.

Detail Information
Company Oravel Stays Limited
Brand OYO
Founder Ritesh Agarwal
Business Hospitality tech — hotels, homestays, vacation rentals
UDRHP Filed June 29, 2026
Issue Size ₹6,650 crore
Issue Type 100% Fresh Issue
Expected Open First week of August 2026
Expected Listing Second week of August 2026
Est. Price Band ~₹55–₹58 per share (unofficial estimate)
Est. Min Investment ~₹14,800 (retail)
GMP ₹13 (early tracking)
Registrar TBA

Why it matters: OYO’s IPO has been one of the most anticipated — and repeatedly delayed — listings in India’s startup ecosystem. The company first attempted to list in 2022 at a $12 billion valuation, then scaled back to $2.5 billion, then shelved the plan entirely as losses mounted.

The defining theme across every name on this list, from OYO’s hard-won profitability turnaround, is that 2026 is rewarding discipline over storytelling. Companies that spent the last two years fixing unit economics are getting cleared by SEBI.

OYO has achieved operational profitability by 2026 — a significant turnaround from years of heavy losses. The 100% fresh issue means all ₹6,650 crore goes to the company for growth and debt reduction.

Key risks: OYO has had governance controversies, multiple rounds of layoffs, and a complex international business that has been wound down or restructured. Read the RHP carefully.

4. Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO 🥛

India’s fastest-growing premium dairy brand

The total size of the Milky Mist issue is up to ₹2,035 crore, including a fresh issue of up to ₹1,785 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹250 crore by existing promoters. The equity shares carry a face value of ₹2 each and are proposed to list on both BSE and NSE.

Detail Information
Company Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited

SEBI Approval October 24, 2025 ✅
Issue Size ₹2,035 crore

OFS ₹250 crore
Expected Open August–September 2026 (TBA)
Price Band TBA
Face Value ₹2 per share
Lead Managers JM Financial, Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services
Registrar KFin Technologies Ltd.
GMP Not yet active

Why it matters: Milky Mist has revolutionised the dairy segment with a focus on value-added products manufactured using sourced milk from 67,000 farmers through robust procurement models and quality assurance.

At ₹2,035 crore, the Milky Mist IPO is the largest proposed IPO in India’s dairy sector. The company confirmed in February 2026 that it would go ahead with its IPO despite volatile market conditions and stated that it expected to sustain annual revenue growth of around 30%.

Revenue surged from ₹1,394 crore in FY23 to ₹2,350 crore in FY25 — a 68% jump in two years. The ₹1,785 crore fresh issue will fund procurement of 25,000 ice cream freezers, 20,000 visi coolers, and 10,000 chocolate coolers to support aggressive national expansion.

Section 3: Mega IPOs on the Horizon — September/October 2026

These are India’s most awaited IPOs — none have confirmed August subscription dates yet, but all are expected in the August–October 2026 window.

5. Reliance Jio IPO (Jio Platforms Limited) 🚀

India’s largest-ever IPO — still the biggest story of 2026

Detail Information
DRHP Filed June 19, 2026
Issue Size ~₹37,700 crore
Issue Type 100% Fresh Issue
Valuation ~$137 billion (~₹11.5 lakh crore)
Subscribers 524 million
5G Users 268 million
Expected Window August – October 2026
SEBI Review Status Under review (filed June 19)

Jio remains the single biggest IPO story of 2026 — and India’s history. At ₹37,700 crore, it will comfortably shatter every IPO record. SEBI’s review of the June 19 DRHP is ongoing — typical review timeline is 30–75 days, suggesting subscription could open as early as late August.

6. NSE IPO (National Stock Exchange of India) 📈

DRHP Filed June 17, 2026
Issue Size ~₹21,000–30,000 crore

7. PhonePe IPO 📱

India’s largest UPI payment app heads to market

SEBI issued its observation letter granting formal approval for the PhonePe IPO on January 20, 2026. The company is expected to raise around ₹12,000 crore at a valuation of nearly $15 billion. The IPO is structured entirely as an Offer for Sale of up to 5.06 crore equity shares, with promoter WM Digital Commerce Holdings (Walmart’s subsidiary) selling 4.59 crore shares, while Tiger Global and Microsoft plan to offload their entire holdings.

Detail Information
SEBI Approval January 20, 2026 ✅
Issue Size ~₹12,000 crore
Issue Type 100% OFS
Valuation ~$15 billion (~₹1.25 lakh crore)
Promoter Selling Walmart (WM Digital) + Tiger Global + Microsoft
Expected Window 2026 (date TBA)

PhonePe got its SEBI go-ahead early in 2026, but the exact IPO starting date is contingent upon prevailing market conditions and the price range. The 100% OFS structure means PhonePe itself gets no fresh capital — all proceeds go to Walmart and early investors exiting.

8. OYO’s Competitor Ecosystem

Other hospitality and consumer tech IPOs in the pipeline for August–October:

boAt (Imagine Marketing Limited) India’s most recognisable D2C audio brand. Expected September 27–29, 2026. Issue size ₹1,500 crore. GMP ₹89 (pre-IPO). Read our full guide.

What Makes August 2026 Special for IPO Investors?

August 2026 is shaping up as a defining month for India’s primary market for three reasons:

1. Sectoral diversity — Healthcare (Manipal), Renewable Energy (Juniper), Hospitality tech (OYO), Dairy (Milky Mist), Telecom (Jio) — investors can choose across sectors rather than being concentrated in a single theme.

2. Mix of sizes — from Milky Mist at ₹2,035 crore to Jio at ₹37,700 crore — both aggressive IPO investors and conservative first-timers have options suited to their appetite.

3. Quality of businesses — Unlike some IPO frenzies driven purely by sentiment, August 2026’s lineup features genuinely strong businesses — Manipal Hospitals’ 30+ year brand, Juniper’s 7,900 MW renewable portfolio, and OYO’s hard-won profitability turnaround.
