Educational Qualifications:
- A Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or institution.
Experience Requirements:
- At least one year of post-qualification experience in operations or maintenance in power plants with a capacity of 100 MW or above.
Employment Duration:
- Three years, extendable up to two additional years.
Working Conditions:
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, is essential.
- Placement can be in any suitable function as per NTPC’s discretion.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 35 years, with relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms.
Compensation:
- A fixed monthly sum of Rs. 55,000.
- Additional benefits include HRA/Company Accommodation, Night Shift Allowance (if applicable), and medical facilities for the employee, spouse, and two children.
Reservations:
- Applicable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) as per government guidelines. The positions are suitable for certain identified disabilities.
Health Standards:
- Candidates must meet specific health criteria and undergo a medical examination at an NTPC hospital.
General Conditions:
- Open to Indian Nationals only.
- All educational qualifications must be recognized in India, with a minimum of 40% marks required (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
