TCS Declares Interim and Special Dividends for Q3 FY2024-25 . Rs 10 per share as interim dividend and Rs 66 per share as special dividend

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s leading IT services firm, has announced a significant dividend for its shareholders for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹10 per equity share and a special dividend of ₹66 per share, each with a face value of ₹1.

  • Record Date: Shareholders eligible for the dividends will be those recorded on January 17, 2025.
